Cancellations
At Thrive Education Solutions, our tutors reserve dedicated time to support each student's learning goals. To maintain quality instruction and fair scheduling, we uphold the following cancellation guidelines:
More than 24 Hours Notice: Lessons canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time will not be charged. The lesson credit will remain in your account for future use.
Less than 24 Hours Notice / Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full session rate, and the scheduled prepaid session credit will be forfeited.
Notice Period
If a student does not arrive at the learning centre or join the online session within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notification, the session will be treated as a no-show and billed at the full rate.
No Show
If a tutor must cancel a session, parents will be notified immediately. The session credit will remain in your account, and we will assist in rescheduling the lesson at your earliest convenience.
