• Initial Assessment Fee: The one-time registration fee of $120 covers your student's initial intake review, academic assessment, and customized tutor matching to ensure a tailored learning plan from day one. This non-refundable fee is automatically billed upon registration prior to purchasing your session blocks.

• No Refunds Policy: All package payments are non-refundable. Unused sessions within a billing cycle expire at the end of that month and do not roll over or transfer into cash credits.

• Attendance: It is suggested that all students arrive 10 minutes prior to their tutoring session. Tutoring sessions are 60 minutes long and will not be extended for students running late.
